Sacred Quran – Privacy & Content Policy
Sacred Quran respects the privacy of its users.
We do not collect, sell, share, or track any personal information. All Quran reading, navigation, bookmarks, and spiritual tools work locally on the user’s device.
If a user chooses to use optional features such as in-app chat or community interaction, the data is used only to provide that functionality inside the app and is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties.
Sacred Quran does not use advertising networks, analytics trackers, or third-party profiling systems.
We do not use personalized ads, behavioral tracking, or cross-app tracking.
Any data provided by the user is used only for the direct operation of the app.
All Quran text is in the public domain.
The original Arabic Quran text is over 1,400 years old and is not protected by copyright. The translations used in Sacred Quran are either public domain or open-licensed translations, or generated specifically for the app.
Hadith collections included in the app (such as Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and others) are classical Islamic works from the 9th–10th century and are in the public domain.
No copyrighted books, commercial publications, or paid religious texts are used or distributed.
Sacred Quran is the legal publisher and distributor of the content inside the app.
Quran recitations used in Sacred Quran are either:
Provided under open license
In the public domain
Or produced specifically for this app
No commercial or copyrighted audio libraries are redistributed without permission.
Sacred Quran does not display third-party content such as:
Streaming services
News feeds
Paid books
External content platforms
Any backend services are used only to support app functionality (such as optional chat) and do not serve ads, track users, or monetize personal data.
Users can use Sacred Quran completely without creating an account. No identity, email, or personal profile is required to read the Quran, listen to recitation, or use prayer tools.
Users remain in full control of their information.
